Seattle, Denver, Los Angeles, San Diego, Phoenix, Kansas City, Dallas, Houston, Nashville, Miami, Tampa Bay, Atlanta, Indianapolis, Washington DC, Baltimore, Philadelphia, New York, Boston. Presumably these cities have newer NFL size stadiums. Chicago is the glaring omission.
